"I had a wonderful experience with Clear Title Solutions...I was kept well informed and updated on the entire process and closing day went off without a hitch. There was an issue with contacting the seller and recording the satisfaction of the mortgage. Clear Title was willing to drive to the sellers house (New Smyrna Beach) to get the docs signed. I felt they went out of their way to help make sure that the closing went as smoothly as possible even though it was not their fault."
